Bird Protection Quebec "Field Trip report" September 1

Ile Bizzard, 7 birders had a beautiful day to look for birds, but we had to work to find the birds. One of the birds of the day was a Green heron that was about ten feet from the passerelle, that seemed to be oblivious that he was being watched. People would stop and watch and he actively caught small minnows. Although he seemed to enjoy catching and eatting dragonflies and was quite good at it. While we were watching he did not miss any that he tried for.
